Trout fishing and arctic charr fishing in the Scottish Highlands - Gaick Estate

gaick estate
Giack lodge

Gaick Lodge- traditionally Scottish

Gaick Lodge was built about 1820 by the Duke of Gordon and is one of the oldest and most original shooting lodges in Scotland. The lodge enjoys magnificent views of surrounding hills and stands at 1,500 feet above sea level. It is an a short distance beyond the south end of Loch an t-Seilich. Accommodation includes five twin bedrooms, a wood paneled dining room, and a drawing and smoking room. After a long day fishing, stalking, shooting or walking you will enjoy while drinking few hot or cold beverages in the atmosphere and the cosy lounge of a real Scottish home. Loch Bhrodainn (Vrottan) and Loch an Duin lie within easy reach to the south. The small rivers between the lochs hold good numbers of trout eager to rise to a dry fly. Gaick is the perfect situation for family parties, corporate entertainment or groups of persons interested in outdoor activities and freedom. Details of the fishing available.
